Haha no but seriously...I sat down and sampled a couple hundred things off my drum machines over the course of a few weeks and I saved them all (Root Folder), but now that I'd like to organize everything, I have no clue how to move the samples around. I mean, I can create my new folder (Kick Drums) in the Root Folder where I have all my samples, but how do I get my corresponding samples into my corresponding folders? On a computer, I'd just drag and drop all my kick drums into the folder for kicks, but it seems you can't do that here.
The only alternative I have found so far is to basically load up every pad with sounds from the Root Folder, then open whatever folder I want those sounds saved into and resaving each individual sound into that folder. Is there seriously no way to "grab" a sample I have out of the Root Folder and then being able to drag it down into another folder?
It just seems ridiculous that to create Kick Folder, I basically have to assign a different kick to all 64 pads, then resave them individually into a Kick Folder, THEN clear out or reset the machine so I can continue loading more sounds to save into folders.
I have hundreds of samples...it's gonna get real tedious if I have to sort through them, assign them, and save them all over again...
