MPC 2KXL funky 16 level glitch?

Ok so It seems that sometimes When I turn on the mp with OUT messing with the 16 levels off the gate...

It wont respond after I set everything up or start messing with samples...

so basically i have to set the 16 levels up each time i turn on the my MPC

Has anybody ever run into this problem and what did you do to fix?

no...? nobody has this problem? I rebuilt a old 2000XL so its not something i noticed on my OLD 2KXL... ive noticed its like this on most every other mpc 2kxl i have checked out since last month...

Just in case this is the problem, on 2k classic, the 16 levels can only activated in main screen(sequence screen) when the sequencer is not running. You have more problems from there?
