MPC 2000XL

I found an MPC 2000XL for $600. It has 32GB ram and 1GB CF reader. He lowered the price to $550. I may offer him $400-500.

Its in amazing condition. Is that a good deal? Just looking for others opinions.

I have a studio black at the moment but I like the vintage look and the fact that it's an older original standalone. I would buy it as a collector's item just as much as a tool for music.

Considering that you already saw a mint condition 2000 and already own a MPC Studio you are better going with the 2000XL and considering that the machine has been upgraded with a CF reader I would offer $500 - $520.

I just bought a 2000xl (blue one) with the 32 meg ram upgrade for $470 including shipping on Ebay. It is in fantastic condition!
