SCSI Disk Issue....

I recently purchased a Iomega 1 GB Jaz Drive to use with my MPC 2000. I have a disk that I can begin saving information on, but it's formatted for MACINTOSH. Does it matter if I used either MACINTOSH or IBM formatted disks since I'm only saving data via SCSI anyway?.... :?

You may have to go in and format it on the mpc itself but i may be wrong.I use an iomega 250 zip and in order to use the zip you format the disk first which erases all the data.I'm sure someone else can tell you exactly how it's done on a jazz.

What type of drive does the MPC say it is?
