i know its juvenile, but the damned thing froze on me too many times. perhaps it was getting too old. i bought it when they first came out. i will miss my 2000 but i am looking forward to getting into the 4000.

no doubt it was mad dumb, usually i would toss cheap records or pound on the desk a few times. but then again, this has never happened me before as far as the machine freezing AFTER i completed a track.
i had just installed new RAM in it actually. the buttons and pads were shady, so i was going to put another 150 or so into have them redone....
ive got the cash so screw it. the 4000 is so sweet i wont miss it.

damn. the new logic is out...gotta get that too.
and, no i dont smoke. i just have a temper sometimes.
i knew i would get clowned for posting that but whatever.

Be honest....... did it feel really good smashing up such an expensive bit of gear?!? Was it like '70s rock stars chucking TVs out of hotel windows, & driving cars into swimming pools?
