I got a beat in which a sampled and layered a ton of sounds. problem is when i go to save it also keeps all the sounds that i had sampled and have no use for in my beat. so when I save theres more info than the disk can hold so im unable to fit it all on one disk. Saving each sound individually would be a pain to load so how do i delete sounds from memory of the mpc so i can save all onto disk. note: all the sounds i want to delete are not on the pads i put other sounds over them.

Unassign all the sounds you want erased, then in the PROGRAM mode press PURGE. This will erase the sounds that are not used in any program.
