Do you understand beats, bars, and ticks how the sequencer works?

its impossible to do it...first count is the first count you cant have the kick on the first count and your sample on the zero count, it doesn't exist...your sample has to be the first count or nothing...

Make a SEQ normal without the sample before the first kick but triggered right before the SEQ ends so it plays with the next SEQ.

If it's the first first SEQ then make an empty SEQ and trigger the loop right before the empty SEQ ends. I've dealt with this problem MANY times and it's easy to overcome.

You just have to get used to thinking OUTSIDE the box.

Trigger the loop before the END of the SEQ id the key though. Whether the SEQ is empty or not.
