Question about the E-Book

I don't have a computer at home, So I am probably going to download it from a friends computer and print it out so I can bring it home to my MPC.
Has anybody attempted to print out the whole book? Is there a special way I should do this?
Will the book still be useful without the digital features?
What do you guys suggest I do since I don't have a computer.. Should I download it from Kinko's and tell them to print it out like a book?
When I buy the e-book do I have to print it from the computer I bought it from? or could I somehow send it to kinko's?
I know these are probably really dumb questions but I don't know much about computers since I don't have one.

It is going to be quite expensive printing 200 pages, but yes, you could download it to your friend's computer, have it saved to CD & take that to a printers.

hey thanks for your help featherboy How much do you think kinko's would charge me? it can't be more the 20 cents a page... I hope

eventually im gonna take mine to kinko's & have them print it out as a book. it shouldnt cost very much.

the book is a pdf file & then the digital content is put into folders seperated by chapters. so yeah, you'll be able to do all of the things you mentioned.
