MPC 2000XL and LP-60 Turntable

A bit new to the whole turntable thing, the audio technica lp-60 usb turntable says it has inbuilt phono pre-amp, does that mean i can plug it directly into the mpc or will i still need a dj mixer?

yes. but if you want to adjust the highs mids and lows of what you are sampling you might want to get a mixer.
