I am currently sat here slowly saving a song and was just wondering, What is the most floppies you have used for one song? I have a floppy emulator in my 2k classic, but I just saved 10 1.44mb folders for 1 track. All Samples and drums included. Is that normal ?

Between 10-13 somewhere I think. At one point in time I use to fill up the whole 32mb almost every other song.

I got 32MB RAM but I never used more than 2 disks. Now with the MO Drive the songs are between roughly 2-8MB

32/1.44=22.222. So anywhere from 1 to 22 floppy disks.

and the way it saves... if you had 10 samples that are 1 meg each, it would take 10 floppies just for that. It will save several on a single floppy if it could fit several on one disk and if when saving they are in order.. for example; if it is

1mb sample - 500mb sample - 500mb sample - 300mb sample - 1mb sample ... it will take 3.

but if for some reason it tries to save in another order such as;

500mb sample - 1mb sample - 300mb sample - 1mb sample - 500mb sample ... it will take 4.
