Alright.... say if I wanted to record the hihat on track one, the snare on track two, and the kick on track three, using 2 bars. Then I wanted to record a melody from the keyboard on track four using more bars(as many bars as the melody is). How can i do that? I tried but can't do it. Whenevr I do try there is a pause in between bars. Please hit me up with some steps. peace!!!

Yo cat, do you want the drums to be in behind the keyboard that is play for the four bars? Just listen to what your saying and you will realize the problem.. "Your drums are only playing for two bars!!"

What you need to do is use the copy function to copy each track individually. I think you can find this function under "edit" in the main sequence window. what you'll need to do is copy the kick on track one from 3.00.00 to 5.00.00 and so on for the rest of the percusion tracks.

When you use your head and you'll find the answer alot faster,
