2000xl, 2000xl studio, 2000xl studio plus

can someone explain the difference between all of these. And which one is worth buying? should i get a used mpc 2000xl with maxed ram for 800? or a studio plus for 1,000?..thanks

how important are the 8 outs for an mpc?

$200 more I go for the studio plus , you get 8 out expansion, sample Effects,32meg,andSMPTE ,For 8 you get it standard 2meg, non of the other stuff that I said in the beginning...... its all on U .........U settle for MORE or less

the effects aren't stunning but they are effective. i couldn't have gone w/o em at times. if the mpc is all your gonna have for a bit go for the studio plus..8-outs are really nice to have when your beats get official...
