staticky crackle in left stereo out

its not constant like a hum .... more like a grinding static. i traced it to the left out. i think it just started up too . . .anyone have experience with this sort of thing?

I need to know what to do about it.

yeah its not the wires . . . i switched everything around.

its coming out the out.
