Hey y'all, I'm in some trouble.
I have a show coming up in a few days and my 2000XL just started acting up. I'm using it as a sampler, drum machines, and sequencing my ENTIRE rig with it, so I'm a little freaked out right now.
I started getting Disk Read Errors when trying to load up Floppys about a week ago, and I lost part of a track that I had to meticulously put back together. I saved a new copy of the track last night thinkin it was just a bad floppy, and now the new one is giving me a "Error At 0000:7A80" after everything loads up and I scroll through my sequences.
On top of all this, my top 4 pads have gone completely unresponsive. All in the past few days.
I know the answer I'll likely get is, "swap out the floppy drive" but I don't have time for that. Show is on Saturday.
Any advice/tips to keep this hunk of metal working through the weekend??
