MPC2000XL Buttons, Pads working after few minutes “warm up”

Hi everyone, in my MPC2000XL after powering on all Buttons and Pads do not working ( no reaction ) , also the Screen has few lines ... the MPC need some “warm up” for 15-20 minutes, after this all works just fine and the Screen lines disappearing, is this the Power Supply or something else ? Anyone can help ?

That is weird. The XL should be ready to use once you turn on the power button and give it few seconds, not minutes, to power up.
Sounds like a RAM issue. Open it up and try reseating or replacing the RAM sticks.

This doesn’t help unfortunately maybe it’s the power supply giving up slowly
