It's like it was never touched, wish I could find another MPC 4000 like that. Sometimes, I wonder what are people doing to their gear. My gear never looks like it been dragged through a volcano.

just like my 2000 except for the yellowish buttons. I painted them black cause that fit much better than the dirty beige/yellow look. Smoke & sun is toxic for that white / light grey plastic.

The bromine they put in plastics, along with UV and heat is the enemy. I just whiten mine, cover them with 12% Peroixde cream, put them in a plastic zip lock bag, then put them in the sun for 2 to 3 hours, Rotate every 30 minutes.

Better to buy and flip it if you have the time. However the price is too high to make a profit. I predict it goes for $700 at this point. I just like it cause it's clean.
