What up fam,
In the step recording page I am having problems with the time? Let me be a little more clear. I have an eight bar track. I like how the first four bars sound so I want to "copy and paste" those for the whole eight. But everytime I move the end time up the start time corresoponds to it. i.e. 1.01.00-9.01.00 when I move the end time it looks like this
4.01.00-4.01.00 My question is why is it doing this? Thanks in advance for the help

damm, I have that problem sometimes too.... I would simply think its a bug, I've never been able to solve it, unless I start a whole new sequence.....I think your just s.o.l.....

nah but for real. u have to just set it to 1.00.00 to 05.00.00. seein that 4 bars is
1 - 2 - 3 - 4/ 2 - 2 - 3- 4 / 3 - 2 - 3 - 4 / 4 - 2 -3 -4 / 5 -2 3 4 etc....

so to start the new one it needs to be after the 4th bar at 5.00.00 to 9.000

There was a bug concerning this. If you have adjusted the TC value in the Step edit screen (or something like that) the start and end times get locked.

This has been an issue for a few years as noted here:
