Which SCSI?

Okay heres the deal......
Just picked up a MPC 2000XL, but I have a shit load of sample cds all in wav. format. Its it best to buy a SCSI PCI card and hook it up to my G4 or should I SCSI it from a cd rom drive????

If you want to avoid to swap disks between the mac and the mpc then go for a scsi cdrom drive your 2kxl will read standard wav samples cd's.
