Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

Hello everyone !
I have a new problem on my 2000xl, when I'm making a beat, after a certain time, my "stop" button just stop working. Everything goes right until I don't know what happened.
Does anyone had the same trouble ? Is there a solution to it ?

Thank you for your post and taking the time to post specific details.

Your MPC 2000XL has contracted a virus. It mainly happens when you are doing a lot of 1/32 triplet hihat programming.

Welcome to the forum.
Your stop button‘s tact switch is probably going bad or has a broken solder joint on the circuit board. You’ll have to open up the XL and take a look.

Well thanks for sharing this ! I’ve try to clean everything with a contact spray and nothing change, exept that it must be good for the machine !
So I ended up switching my tact swith (play/start) with the broken one (stop) and everything goes right now

Thanks again
