Is there any way of makeing your mpc run faster??? for loading /saving

zip drives load and save faster then the floppy. i guess it depends on what kinda of drive your using. not sure how fast harddrives are

Use mono sounds as much as possible, they load twice as fast. I use about 70% monosounds, you can always pan them later anyway.

Load mono sounds from the HD maybe.
