MPC Tutor question

Tutor,

I was going thru the MPC manual & on page 101 (Loop mode) they mention a button called Fit (Would be F5 when working in loop mode).
I can not find this function feature, is this a typo because when in loop mode F5 on my MPC is EDIT.

I've only got the PDF version of the manual - there's no mention of FIT, only FIX - that's got if you open window on the To field in LOOP.

I was in Mike Goin's MPC2000xl info site & under looping tips he mentions the Fit function. Maybe this just a MPC 2000 feature. I emailed Akai to verify if the XL should be able to perform this function.

Here is the response I received from Akai. It can be helpful if anyone goes over the manual occationally.

The “fit” option is a carry over from the Mpc2000.

It was replaced with “Loop from ST to END”, so yes it is a misprint.
