stretch time

any1 know what the adjust in timestretch screen does?

it is for fine adjustment of time stretch in a positive(longer) or negative(shorter)direction. its in the manual somewhere? but i dont know much about using it i havent f#$%ed with it much yet.

yeah, it's not ever explained in any detail - the adjust does 'something' to the algorithm. If you are getting that horrible metallic ring to your sounds, mucking around with adjust can be effective - but there doesn't seem to be any obvious science to it.

I thought I read in the manual that a positive value helps perserve high-ends while a negative value helps perserve low-ends.
