2000XL with G5

Hey peeps... I'm using a G5 and logic and just got hold of a 2000XL. What do I need to get it all working together? I've been reading the posts about scsi/usb adaptors but no one seems to be that clear...

I don't really know about computers, but I'd say all you need is an interface with midi in/outs

Yes, basically you need a midi interface if you want to sync the MPC to Logic & an audio interface/soundcard to get the sound from the MPC into the computer or the sound from the computer into an external mixer along with the MPC's output. You've probably got these anyway.

Forget about SCSI to USB adaptors for the moment.

Cool. I had the idea that I'd need some kind of scsi thing... So, just midi. easier than I thought...
