pad and delayed reaction(offbeat percussion)

Ive tried everything, yet every time I program percussion all the drums,snares,hihats are off beat. Three days ago I was making dope tracks not my mpc sounds sick. Whta could be the proble.
I tried to quantize,offon,etc.

I havent used the 2000XL in a bit, but I know on the 3000 you can change the shift on the midi notes (pads), you may have done this by accident.
