Say, I just recorded a sample into the MPC 2000 and by default, that sample is called "SOUND00".
Then I start a sequence with that sample and now I wanna save it so I can switch off my MPC and get back to it later.
Then when I come back to the MPC and want to start working on that beat again, my sample (SOUND00) has been replaced by a sample that I used in a beat I worked on earlier -
So... my question to y'all is: How do I avoid that from happening again? Do I HAVE TO call my samples different names, or is there a way to have different samples by the same name on the same disk?
Let me know what the deal is.
Peace,
Incognito
