Recording Question Please Help

Ive recently bought the 8 outs card & also have 8 inputs on my soundcard, so want to record 8 tracks at a time in audio. What is the best way to rercord, so that in Cubase the timing is exactly the same as in MPC (i.e Id need to be recording more than 1 set of 8, so want to make sure everything is lines up correctly).

Just make sure both are midi synced. It is probably best to have the MPC slaved to Cubase. Do a search for "Cubase" on this forum because a lot of threads on it are about syncing.

ok, got it sorted ..slight delay in picking up the very start, but I can insert a few bars on blank space before the track is due to begin to conpensate for that. Using cubase as the master, as this seemed to work best
