mpc2kxl sync to cubase sx/nuendo>crash!

hi there,
i´m syncing my mpc 2kxl to cubase sx/nuendo via midi clock and once in a session the mpc crashes while opening vsti´s or moving audio tracks during playback.problem doesn´t occur EVERYTIME .I also had this problem with another DAW and another mpc2kxl and another MIDI IF ,can´t be a hardware problem.
sysex is filtered in pc.I put a midi analyser between pc and mpc last night and tried to reproduce the problem with no success...no irregular sysex data flowing.....
after that i synced mpc via midi time code which seems to work better since mpc doesn´t stop playback while opening vsti´s ,but 1st beat of 1st bar isn´t played by the mpc,seems to need a preroll here........
problem seems to occur ,when action is taken parellel on pc and mpc,since
i never have this problem working alone in da studio but when jamming together....
(YES,i´ve already posted this in the cubase forum!!!!!!!!)
Anybody out there with the same problem??????????????????????????

That's strange, i've never had any problems syncing with sx. I'll try to set it up tonight as you describe, and i can tell you tomorrow if it worked or not.

Tried it last night, no problem at all again. It must be something specific to your system or hardware. Sorry man.

...for trying to help,could´nt reproduce the problem myself,it occurs from time to time ....i think i slave cubase to mpc to avoid it for the first,with no midi connection from pc to mpc to be safe...some people say that the mpc groove is better when it is master anyway...i´ll check this out in another test setting with identical drum trax on pc and mpc to proof this theory ...again lots of thanx!!!!!!
