i would break it into loops. Like break down the sections. Then just seq it out. U would be better of with a pc editor for that. then when u got like 8 big loops then use the mpc to do whatever.

Yes, this would be easier with a computer. With something like Logic or Cubase you could have that long audio file up on your screen & sync your MPC to it.
If you have fully maxed RAM on your MPC you might get all 3 minutes in, but unless you chop the sample up a bit you will just be triggering it once at the start of the song which will be annoying when you want to concentrate on doing some detailed work a couple of minutes into it.
