Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

My mpc just has the 3.5 floppy, i was wondering what would be the best option for memory, and when I sample something after awhile my machine flashes not enough memory is that because I don't have the full 32 megs installed.

Going ahead and max the RAM out. It is 72pin 70ns or better OBSOLETE ram. You can find (2) 16mb chips or (1) 32 chip for pennies anywhere.

Mine came with (2) 16s so im good but even if I did not have 32 I dont think I would ever use that much ram...

Max out the 32mb memory. If your mpc says not enough memory
then youv'e filled up your memory not matter how much you have you've
filled it up period. Do you even know if you have the 32mb? (pg 92 xl
manual).

That is sample storage, not sample memory as in what Leopadu is
speaking of and having problems with :D .
