I don't get it! I just bought a MPC200Xl w/ internal Zip. My question is this - When I look @ my remaining sampling time, it says only '2MB' free, as if it's referring to the internal memory only. Is it possible I missed a step when loding my disk? I'm sure it's something simple; your help will be much appreciated.

it is reffering to your internal sampling time. the zip disk is just a means of saving sounds and sequences while your mpc is off but they must each be loaded again when you turn it on.

If you want more sampling time You should max out the memory to 32 MB.
