Syncing mpc w/ logic?

I'm trying to sync the mpc with logic express 7. They loose sync. What is the best way to sync mpc with logic and record analog at same time??

Does the beat START in sync and then drift out of it, or does it not sync at the beginning either? In any case, you should be using either MTC or Midi Clock. SMPTE also works really really well, but it's kind of a pain to stripe tracks for it, and not so necessary unless you're recording to an analog medium like tape, where it's PERFECT....
