Hello,

Is it possible to save your sounds to different output channels and save them to zip disk on the MPC 2000 XL? I have been converting all my drum sounds to mono and can't figure out how to save them in Mono and to the channel I assigned them to. :?:

Yeah I mean the 8 Outputs. I've been trying for a couple of days to save the sounds on the channels I assign them to, but can't seem to do it. I would like to save my drum kits as.

channel
1 Kick
2 Snare
3 Bass
4 Hi Hats
etc...

Is there a way you can do this an have the info saved to zip disk?

Thanks
Jeff

What's up pimpin. Save APS and ALL to save your projects.

ALL (file type) saves all mixer settings. Anything you configure in your
MIXER will be saved in there. So when you load your project again it will be as you last saved it.

You CAN'T save a single sound and have that 8 out assigned channel saved with it, if in fact that's what your trying to do.

APS is all programs and sounds.

Check pg 157 and pg 158 xl manual.

Good luck.
