Hello everyone, there was once a link to download the 2KXL PGM editor (as shown in the video) but the developer seems to have taken it down.
However, I have created an archive of the app and you can download it for either Windows or Mac. You must first install one of the Adobe Air Installers and then install the app into Adobe Air.
