Tracking out from 2000xl to logic or cubase issues?

I'm having problems, I'm trying to track out from my 2000xl to either logic or cubase. I'm using an m audio uno out of 2000xl to my iMac, I set up the midi sync on mpc the way I'm suppose to from videos and google and I feel like I've set up logic midi sync right but can't find videos with logic. Am I missing something? TIA

A lil clarity I am getting mpc to play when I hit record in logic but I'm not getting any audio to record or show up on the audio track
