Have you not got a manual?
It is a feature that a lot of people don't actually use for looping, because it is easier to get a sample to repeat itself by re-triggering it in a sequence.
If you know how to trim a sample you should be able to experiment with setting loop start & end points, switching looping to ON & listening to what happens.
