what would be the best way to use a cd writer or is it just cd rom

You can use a CD writer, but only to load sounds - you cant save data. It needs to be SCSI.

i have a cd writer iomega with usb connection. i take i cant convert that connection to scsi.

i dont think this will work with the mpc to load files!....i could be wrong
