drum programs

whats the best way to organise your programs, stick all kicks in one , snares in an other etc? same with your instrument samples? using zip drive , dont like computers.

I organize mine two ways

1)By the track I am working on

2)By sample

I have banks that are all snare, bass drum...
Once I find the sounds I want to use, I create a new program with the sounds
