Floppy Disc reads error

I am having trouble with my floppy. I have been using it for quite a while but I turned it on today and it read disc reads error and I am not sure whether it's the ribbon or the discs. I know there's no problem with the disc drive because I have tried it in a computer. Anybody knows what to do about this.

Did you store your floppies near a magnet or speaker/monitors? Was the place where you stored the floppies damp or hot? It may be a bad disk because of that maybe?
