loading sounds and programs problem

I made a couple of kits on the mpc editor and burned them on a cd but when I tried loading them on the mpc it couldn't find any files so I guess my question is does anyone know what I might be doing wrong, I tried using floppies also but nothing, can anyone tell me how to transfer files from pc to mpc or can this only be done with a zip drive???
