anyone using the mpc with the motif? I f so, how do you get the mpc to record strictly the midi data for sounds. I have the midi out of mpc to in of motif but I can not figure why the sounds do not play back from the motif when the sequnece is started on the mpc?

Have you set the tracks with your Motif sequences from "Drum" to "Midi" and assigned channels to them?

you do have the motif midi out to the mpc midi in, right? if you are playing the motif keys, you need this to record the midi.
