Need help hooking up Roland XP30 with MPC2000XL,8 track & PC

I need help hooking up my Roland XP30 synth to my 2000XL and PC. I am using CakeWalk Sonar 3 Producer as my sequencer I want to use my XP30 as a sound module, and use the XL for drums and sampling, but don't know how to go about hooking things up. I also have a Fostex Digital 8 track recorder that i would like to incorporate into the mix as well. Any help you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanx in advance!
