screensaver mod ?

hello

did anybody tried to make a screensaver mod for the MPC2KXL ?

sometimes i'm too lazy to turn off the machine and reload the samples later so i let the MPC running during my "creative break".

it would be a switch on the back of the MPC allowing to turn the screen ON / OFF to preserve it as long as possible

my EMU E6400 got a screensaver function which is really handy, and i want one for my MPC

any advice ?

get "cracking" mate! or is it hacking? Yeah get HACKING. I tried fiddling with the bin file on my old 2000 and 1000 to se what changings I could make but non of great significance cause my HEXEDITOR program only showed me the parts of the OS in english. I'm more a database person cant be asked with that type of programming anymore.
