creating a song

so i have two sequences one is the hi hat only and i want it to play for two bars before the bassline comes in, then in sequence two is the whole deal hi hats and bassline, but when i create a song, it only plays one of them, and doesnt work like that am i wrong to assume that is what the feature is for?

You can play both in song mode. If I understand you right you can go into song mode and sign which sequence you want to play first, as first and the sequence you want to play second after the first sequence. But you have to go into song mode. I am not a professional but I understand the sequencer. I hope you understand this. I will try to explain it again. If not I am sure someone on this sight can help you.

did you record the second sequence with the hi hat. If you are in song mode. it will only play back one sequence. If the hi hat aint in that sequence already, song mode won't add it.
