hi everyone. it may be hard to believe but i only have mpc 200xl, cubase sl, sonar cakewalk, tight monitor speakers, cd rom player, mia soundcard and window xp on my computer..

the mpc 200xl is all i need. all bass line, sax, violin, piano are all played on mpc. if i need a bass line in my programed sequcence. i just load it in and play it. no keyboard, no guitar, nothing. mpc 200xl is off the hook, pure g funk shit

thats great and all, i mean i am glad you have some selfconfidence and all that, but what the hell are you talkin bout?

did you really just start a thread to boast?

you could have at least posted some tracks to back this up or something. i am really really impressed you do it all on just an mpc200xl though! i have a 2000 and i use the computer and guitars and stuff too, so you must really be cookin with that 200. HA. i dunno, i say let the music speak for itself, and if your stuff is hot, other people will say so. believe me it feels alot better than having to be your own biggest fan.

I just want to state for the record that this cat is an isolated situation and does not reflect what any of the other heads are like in Toronto (I feel embarrassed for you bro  )

He must have just gotten into production or something cause coming on here and saying *hit on a site for people who use the mpc daily... I just don't get who you would be impressing with that all that raw raw raw? Perhaps that might have worked on some of the kids you hang out with (if any) that use fruity loops and a computer mic to produce their tracks on their parents PC... for real cat, that *hit don't cut it here.

Word of advise.. Think before you step. Heads like you are about rep and have no sense of the art behind the music.

what makes you think it was a boast or any dumb impression. im new to the site. im always searching and learn each day in life. the only dummy here is you that got an errection for a simple comment made about how i connect my mpc.

you dont know shit bout what i do, where im from, why im here and mpc is just one of the things i use for my music creation and this is an mpc site that talk about everything that has to do with mpc. i know in and out of Mackie D8B Digital 8-Bus console but i aint talking bout it. im new to 200xl and im humble enough to say how i use it and what i do with it. chill kid it aint like that.

why u frontn still, music engineering diploma at trebase (college and University) and i work part time at long and mcquade (bloor and ossignton) come there fridays and saturdays and ask for kevin and i'll show you how much talent i got. B-i-t-c-h made techno faggit.

and to brainwashcloth (i'll post some tracks for sure, like i said im new with mpc 200xl) i've used live instruments all my life so im new to the digital world of drum programing with mpc but im loving it still

LOL!! damn you paid way too much for your education if ya really went to trebas. But I ain't saying shit about how qualified you are as a producer (quite frankly I don't know) I'm just saying you are pretty stupid to start a post about what you do on an mpc (no detail and very basic description... simply stating I program drum is pretty general. I mean we all program drums on this site what makes you so special? if you were offering tips or asking for suggestions, questions that might warrant a post). We can all see your new to the site (that doesn't take a genius) but that doesn't excuse ignorance. Another thing.. Seems like you accuse me of jumping the gun look at yourself cat. I was never attacking you but I guess you misinterpreted my sarcasm as something else. For that, I am truly sorry for any pain I may have caused your ballooning ego.

I didn't mean to burst your bubble while you were so high on yourself.

Sincerely,

-{n8}-

P.S I'll keep an eye out for ya Kevin. I shop at Long & Mcquade all the time.
