Who carries cd-rom/hard drive: CAN'T FIND ANYWHERE: HELP

I'm having trouble finding a cd-rom/hard drive for my 2000xl. I tried using search engines, searched ebay and even called a few gear whorehouses.
Who carries these things? any feedback will be a big help. thanx
