Do yourself a favor and get a ZIP drive. External SCSI.. or you'll have to get it installed.

I load then with the SCSI Port 1 CD-Rom and then Save with an External Zip Drive in SCSI port 2. Also, my computer does not have a Zip Drive should I convert to USB and use a adapter. Anyone know what is good in this case?

Basically, starting from skratch I have a laptop with just a DVD/CD Rom Burner with no SCSI ports and USB all over and a MPC XL2000, what would be the best way to load and save files. Please help?

a ZIP Drive on your MPC and a ZIP Drive on your computer would be best.

USB adapters do not work with the mpc. I've heard of SCSI to USB adapters for computer transfers but there is considerable speed depletion (plus the adapter might cost as much as a used USB drive).
