It happened again...SCSI ZIP issue

Well, here we go again...the minister of music @ my church gave me two new Zip disk Iomega 100MB...i got the internal SCSI...workin' on some beats and i went to save and "Disk read error"...oh no!...not again...i put the other one in and the same thing...i then tried to load up the sounds on my external SCSI....same thing...man, ALL my stuff is on those disk...i don't think that i can ever trust SCSI Zip's again...i was about to give up man...somebody speak at me...what's the best, reliable method i can save my stuff to prevent this from happenin' again...i know the floppy, however, i was concerned about the memory...what about flash rom?...somebody please speak at me...thanks...peace...

a lot of people are changing over to card readers. Do a search there are a few threads about it.
