scsi cd-rw drive?

scsi cd-rw drive?

will a mpc 2000 recognize a cd/rw drive on a scsi port or does it not know what it is?it has no problem with my zip.

it will recognise it..........BUT! it does not write to CD-R or CDRW its READ ONLY.
