this is a big zip problem

yo. i got a zip 250 to save my beats. i waited a long time to get the scsi cable (hd50-db25) and when i check it, the mpc does not read the zip reader. i don't know why , but it's written "wait" on the screen . then i can wait for hours .same thing.. i have the O.S. 1.14 then i heard that i have to put the old version of the os. but, when i go on the akai pro site , you can dl only the latest version of the os. does somebody can help me?. for me it's a big big problem......pease.....

is it a scsi drive? It might be a parallel drive you need to check

yep, Check the drive and make sure it has the ID switch on the back.

yo i don't know what is the difference. i bought a zip drive "iomega zip 250" and i have the scsi cable. i can plug it , but my mpc don't check the zip. and there is a bug with the screen "detecting memroy...." that's all"
