regular 2000xl's discontinued?????

can anyone find a regular new 2000xl??? i cant find them anymore. only the mcd one (with the crappy card reader for $1699).

the only reason i ask this in the 1000 forum is cause i suspect once there are no more 2000xl's available we might finally get our damn os update.

and it looks like they really are finally getting phased out.
